Acquisition expands manufacturing footprint
Atlanta, Georgia, June 20, 2022. Gatsby Capital Ventures LLC, a boutique private equity firm based in Atlanta, Georgia announces the acquisition of Paul Petersen & Company of Vero Beach, Florida. The official acquisition date is June 16, 2022.
Paul Petersen & Co. is a reputed manufacturing company that has served the Florida Treasure Coast and surrounding regions for over 30 years. They partner exclusively with interior design firms to provide both residential and commercial high quality, custom hand-crafted furniture.

Outside of the new ownership, the organizational structure will remain the same. There will also be minimal changes in the roles of the management team in the near term to ensure a smooth transition and that the expected level of quality is maintained. A new website is planned to go live in the next few weeks.
